Recondition your cutting and charcuterie boards

 You need to recondition every 1 to 2 months or when the wood looks dry

  1. Wash the cutting board just like it says in the cleaning and maintaining tab 
  2. You have to condition the board with mineral oil
  3. Put gloves on and pour a little oil on the cutting board 
  4. Smooth it in  with your hands or a rag 
  5. Then you wait 2 hours or as long as overnight, for it will soak in
  6. Then you repeat the process (the second time you don't have to wait as long the process will go quicker.
  7. You buff both sides with a paper towel 
  8. Now you're good for the coming months!
